The TI is committed to the free sharing of knowledge, and as a means to that end, we maintain the Researcher's Journal -- a collection of articles describing the tools and methods we employ to produce our reports, papers, and analyses. In addition, the TI stores repositories of information and guides on matters such as higher education that are relevant to our team , and, we hope, you as well.

                Art Spotlight - Researcher's Journal

In keeping with Van Gogh's appreciation for the vibrant colours of the world, Oleanders, painted in 1888,  displays the inexhaustible effervescence of the Nerium alongside Émile Zola's novel La Joie de Vivir. Both objects were joyous to the artist, the former a product of nature and the latter of humanity. Intertwined together, they enthrall the viewer in a flourish of pigment and celebrate the examined life.
